More Jet Lagged Cards

But first, something mildly interesting: while typing this post I noticed that my blog has 67,000 page views exactly.

Like I said, mildly interesting, probably only to me.

Sunday I posted about my trade with Kenny from Japan, but I haven't shown you the whole trade.  I intend to do that here.
A sweet, sweet x-fractor from 2012 Topps Chrome found it's way to the US, and into my Halladay collection.
Now THIS is cool.  It is a Konami Japanese card that is surely pretty rare, at least here in the US.
Oh, hey Chase Utley! It's not all Roy in this post, Chase makes an appearance too.
Check out the back of the cards, and if you can read them let me know what they say! (Please).

Finally, the card that started it all in the trade:
Kenny asked if I was interested in this 2012 Bowman Roy Halladay red ice card.  It is numbered /25! The scan doesn't do the card justice, it is gorgeous and will sit at the front of my third Roy binder along with some other exclusive cards.
This was a very fun trade, and I appreciate Kenny initiating it! I haven't been trading nearly as much lately.  I think part of the reason I haven't initiated any trades recently is because I haven't really opened any new products in a long time.

I did, however, send a return trade package to Japan today!

  2. While I am missing a word or two, I am pretty confident the back of the cards read:

"Send Jeff all your White Sox cards now. Don't worry about it - just send them."

And yes - I understand some of the characters are different, but the cards have different dialects. They actually both say the exact same thing.

  3. Glad you liked the cards. I trust that the other non-featured cards I sent will be shipped off to loving homes in the future ;).
